What I’ve been
working on.

Claimthread ↗

A curated research interface that helps readers trace a claim through its sources, assumptions and conclusions. Experimental AI remains unverified.

Move Kindly ↗

An interaction prototype for recording where and when a sensation appears during a movement. A journal, with no clinical outcome claims.

02 / Behind the work

Leadership
in practice.

At lululemon in Berlin, I jointly led a 30-person store team, coached all four Key Leaders and coordinated onboarding and training for 24 hires across two stores.

I helped coordinate a flagship relocation involving 10,000 transferred units and 15,000 additional inbound units, redesigned the back-of-house workflow and led ship-from-store training across both Berlin stores. I bring that same approach to digital projects: understand the work, involve the people and leave a process they can use.

Skills you can
use with an agent.

Two small, tool-neutral skills for making a workflow clearer or helping someone learn it. Download the Markdown packages and adapt them to the task in front of you.

01

Review a workflow

Map the current steps, people, tools and pain point. Separate what to eliminate, simplify or automate, then propose the smallest reversible improvement with a human checkpoint and a baseline to measure.

02

Teach a workflow

Turn source-grounded process knowledge into a short demo, practice task, success check, recovery path and facilitator notes, while keeping unknowns visible.
