- Jointly led a 30-person store team and coached all four Key Leaders, sharing development responsibilities with the Store Manager while continuing hands-on upskilling and feedback.
- Coordinated onboarding and training for 24 hires across two Berlin stores.
- Coordinated a flagship relocation involving 10,000 transferred units and 15,000 additional inbound units; designed the back-of-house layout and trained the team on the new workflow.
- Led the ship-from-store rollout at my store and trained the second Berlin store, reaching teams totaling 45 employees.
Freelance Web Designer & Developer
April 2024–Present
- Delivered websites, rebranding and interactive features for approximately 10 clients, owning requirements, client communication, design, revisions, testing and launch.
- Hands-on work with Webflow, HTML/CSS, GSAP, reusable components and design systems.
- Delivered an interactive pricing calculator with AI assistance and substantial manual Webflow/Lumos integration. Browser and mobile checks supported client approval and launch.

Earlier leadership and delivery
At Nespresso, I managed a 13-person sales team and improved receiving through storage layout, task sequencing and processing outside trading hours. At Lampstand Studios and HeyYou Creative, I coordinated client projects, external specialists and production delivery. My hospitality background includes café management and progression to Assistant General Manager at Old Town Pub and Grub, with a managed team of 29.
I also run Friendzonecoffee, an ongoing coffee catering side business started in June 2025.
Selected projects
Berlin, Under Construction — product direction, interface design and evidence workflow for a civic-information prototype. Python, Astro/TypeScript and Three.js, with AI-assisted implementation.
Klarnow — a prepared letter-assistance prototype connecting German source passages, explanations, editable requests and user-reviewed calendar exports. Next.js/React/TypeScript, with AI-assisted implementation; live AI/OCR behavior remains unverified.
